Job description
Position Title: Seeking Experienced QuickBooks or Sage Expert.
Reports To: Controller
Location: In office position.
Position Purpose: Join our dynamic team and provide essential support to the Assistant Controller in managing finance office tasks efficiently, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing and month end responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Payroll:
- Assist with weekly payroll, when required.
Accounting/Operations:
- Uphold the highest level of accuracy in all accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations and preparation of journal entries.
- Facilitate weekly check run operations.
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly financial statements and annual operating budgets.
- Assist with intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
Qualifications:
Knowledge:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with expertise in designing and utilizing spreadsheets in Excel.
- Solid understanding of standard accounting procedures.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in either QuickBooks and / or Sage.
- Experience of Bill, Com, Divi & or Ramp will be a great advantage.
Skills/Abilities:
- Possess strong administrative, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Adaptability to handle changing assignments and systems efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
