One of our great partners in Henrietta, NY is looking for their next Accounting Assistant!
This position works during normal business hours Monday-Friday, with work-from-home flexibility after the first few months of training/ramp-up!
The hiring manager is open to recent grads! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to break into an Accounting/administrative career!
Responsibilities
- Review, enter, and verify weekly payroll.
- Produce customer invoices and reconcile invoices, data and reports.
- Perform various additional data entry tasks and effectively utilize Microsoft Excel.
- Assist with entering costs and production revenue in the system.
- Process all requested reports accurately.
- Work closely with senior level team members and customers to problem solve.
- Review files and documents to retrieve requests for information.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree preferred; High School Diploma required
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience with data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication skills for collaboration within a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
