What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN Staff Nurse- NOC (overnights) shift position at Care-Age of Brookfield?
Care-Age of Brookfield is a beautiful, privately owned 100-bed skilled nursing facility. We offer a comfortable home-like environment for our residents.
Care-Age of Brookfield is seeking positive, customer service oriented professional to join our devoted "family-like" team of caring and dedicated professionals to lead our team in providing the competent and compassionate care for to the aged and those with limited capacity for self-care.
Applicants need to have skilled nursing experience, sub-acute care, and complex skilled care background is a plus. Supervisory experience is appreciated. Must be a team player and strong leadership skills are required. Provides, plans, coordinates or manages nursing services and health education to residents acquiring complex care. Direct supervision of CNA staff. We are looking for individuals provide a positive influence in an environment that promotes retention, learning and growth.
Qualified applicants need to have a current state LPN license. Current CPR certification. Experience with PCC is a plus.
