Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
Hourly Position:
- Paramedic certification and EMS training background
- AHA HCP CPR and ACLS preferred
- Knowledge of EMS Standards of Practice required.
- Significant experience writing patient care reports required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Speak, read, write and comprehend English.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Emergency Vehicle Driving Safety Course preferred.
- Minimum of two years of management/supervisory experience.
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to pediatric and adult populations in a transfer situation.
- Excellent oral and written skills. Excels in detail to attention
- Demonstrate organizational and leadership skills.
- Instructor level BLS, ACLS, PALS, and other certifications per request of CEO/DOO
- Excel and Word proficient
- Motivated and self-sufficient. Self-starter. Team player
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Instructor status in CPR, ACLS and PALS must be maintained or obtained within 6 months of hire.
