Job Overview
We're a growing collision repair company with a story to tell, and we're looking for someone plugged into social trends who can help us develop and execute a strategy that fits our business.
We’re not trying to be influencers, but we recognize an opportunity to shape how we show up online, build trust with customers, and bring some transparency to an industry that usually keeps the curtains closed.
This could be a full-time role for the right candidate, or part-time with room to grow. It could also be a split role if the candidate has an interest in helping in other areas of the business or growing other skillsets. We’re flexible for the right fit.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating and posting short and long-form video content (primarily TikTok & Instagram) and other digital content
- Following current trends and applying them in authentic ways
- Developing a clear, realistic content plan
- Tracking engagement and learning what works and what doesn’t
What we’re looking for:
- Someone with creative instincts and hands-on content experience
- Confident filming/editing and using social platforms natively
- Comfortable working independently and bringing ideas to the table
- Strong communicator who can explain what they’re doing and why
