Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and licensed Call Center Sales Agent to join our team. This role is open to candidates who are either interested in working remotely or in an office setting. As a licensed sales agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their health and life insurance needs through inbound and outbound calls, delivering excellent customer service while also meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients, providing information and guidance on health and life insurance products.
- Engage with customers to assess their needs and recommend suitable plans to meet those needs.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with a team to achieve both individual and team sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with insurance regulations.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid 215 Health and Life Insurance license.
- College degree preferred, but not required.
- Standard computer skills (ability to use software, email, and CRM systems).
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a sales or customer service environment is a plus.
