Qualifications:
- CPR/First Aid
- 2 years Management Experience
- Passenger transportation Experience
Responsibilities:
- The Field Supervisor will be a non-exempt employee that reports to the Office Manager and Chief Executive Officer.
- This position has the responsibility of monitoring the daily operations of the Transport Team.
- Responsibilities involve supervision, training, and education of employees and coordination of activities involving fleet maintenance, driver training, and public presentations/relations.
- This position requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and decisions in line with Care Connection Transport Service’s mission and values.
- The Field Supervisor is required to respond to calls and fill in as a regular team member.
- Adheres to Care Connection Transport Service’s Policy and Procedures
- Acts as a role model within and outside the work environment.
- Performs duties as workload necessitates, demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload.
- Develops a culture of trust and respect while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
- Willing to fill no-show "on-call" shifts if unable to find coverage.
- Acts as the liaison between dispatch, patients, public safety agencies, training institutions, hospital personnel, and other system users.
- Ability to perform all essential duties and responsibilities as it applies to the position of Mobility Specialist with Care Connection Transport Service preferred
- Direct, monitor, communicate, educate, and evaluate all field drivers in their assigned area.
- Ensures 100% of incident reports are brought to closure with the appropriate action.
- Ensure maintenance of adequate levels of staffing, equipment, and medical supplies for field units
- Implement and enforce company policies and standards, using a "Just Culture" and root cause analysis of problems.
- Responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal employment laws and company policies.
- Using a company vehicle will respond to field crew members' locations during regular business hours and when on call.
- Willing to travel to other work locations within the region as needed to monitor staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,250.00 per month
