Position Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor (LICSW, LMHC, or Psychologist) to join our team at our Haverhill, MA office. This leadership role is designed for an experienced clinician who is passionate about mentorship, clinical excellence, and helping fellow therapists grow. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supervising clinicians, ensuring high-quality therapeutic services, and supporting CARE’s mission of transformative mental health care.

Dual licensure in MA and NH is strongly preferred to support our expanding client base across both states.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor a team of clinicians, helping them develop their skills, meet clinical benchmarks, and provide exceptional client care.
  • Provide consultation and guidance on complex cases, ensuring best practices in therapy.
  • Ensure clinicians uphold CARE’s core values, including root-cause-focused therapy, professional growth, and transformative client outcomes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of CARE’s structured step program that helps clients move from identifying barriers to living joyfully.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of clinical documentation to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Lead team meetings, training sessions, and case consultations to support ongoing clinical development.
  • Stay up-to-date on evidence-based practices such as EMDR and integrative therapeutic approaches to continually enhance CARE’s services.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to enhance the clinical culture and maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

  • LICSW, LMHC, or Psychologist licensed in Massachusetts (MA) – Dual licensure in NH is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a mental health setting preferred.
  • Strong foundation in trauma-informed care, EMDR, and innovative therapeutic approaches is a plus.
  • Passion for mentoring, leadership, and professional growth in the mental health field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
