Job Title: Leadership Director of Clinical Services

Job Summary:

The Leadership Director of Clinical Services will be responsible for overseeing and managing all clinical operations within the organization. This role will involve providing leadership, supervision, and direction to a team of clinical staff members, ensuring high-quality patient care, and implementing best practices to optimize clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve clinical services and patient care
• Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff members
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of care
• Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and services
• Evaluate and monitor clinical programs and services to ensure effectiveness
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and community organizations

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Current RN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
• Proven leadership and management abilities
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience working in a healthcare setting
