What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Clinical Services position at Fidé?
Fidé is currently seeking a Director of Clinical Services with experience for a 13-week contract in Pittsfield, MA
Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 5 years progressive and versatile nursing and management experience required. Demonstrated experience in leadership, problem solving, team building, budgeting and coaching. Knowledge of home care operations preferred. Experience in preparing, monitoring and enforcing budgets and staffing patterns. Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision/assistance. Acute care experience preferred.
The Director Clinical Services is responsible for providing leadership to all clinical staff and related services to assure efficiency and effectiveness of clinical operations. The Director Clinical Services serves as a change agent to streamline services and promote excellence in care by providing staff with support, mentoring, coaching and supervision. The Director Clinical Services works under the direction of the Administrative Director BVNA and works collaboratively with the staff, other leaders within the agency and the facility.
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills in relating with all types of colleagues and customers in stressful situations.
- Current knowledge of all homecare regulatory requirements and demonstrated expertise in implementing quality systems to meet these regulations preferred.
- Ability to work autonomously on an executive level and to exercise independent judgment.
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:
- Current MA RN License – compact allowed
- Current AHA BLS
- Masters Degree in Nursing, Health Administration or related field preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
- Certified home health experience including proficiency with OASIS required and NON-NEGOTIABLE
- AT LEAST SPECIFIC INTERVIEW DATES/TIMES OF AVAILABILITY FOR INTERVIEW BE ADDED TO PROFILE - PROFILES WILL NOT BE PRESENTED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION. "ANYTIME" WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- COVID VACCINATION (dose date on or after 10/3/23) required
- Skills Checklist from within the past 12 months
- Drivers License
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- Final RTO no more than five days must be asked at submission

- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
Hours Per Week: 40
Shift: Days 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Weekend: None/Holiday Coverage Required if needed
