Job Overview

Duties
- Implement and monitor patient care plans
- Supervise clinical staff and provide guidance as needed
- Manage shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Develop and maintain budgets for clinical services
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and Medicare guidelines
- Conduct patient monitoring and assessments
- Utilize physiology and anatomy knowledge to enhance patient care
Experience
- Proven experience in supervising clinical operations
- Strong understanding of care plans and patient management
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with Medicare regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a clinical team
