Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Family Medicine Outpatient Clinic team. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting physicians with procedures, and educating patients and their families on health management and prevention.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Assess patient's health status and develop care plans
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
3. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
4. Educate patients on medications, treatments, and self-care techniques
5. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
6. Perform routine procedures such as wound care, IV therapy, and injections
7. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
8. Assist in coordinating patient follow-up care and referrals
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Valid RN license in the state of [insert state]
2. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a primary care setting
3. BLS certification
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
