Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Family Medicine Outpatient Clinic in Omak, WA. This position offers a daytime schedule with no on-call requirements and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment providing high-quality care to patients of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage patients in person and over the phone with sound clinical judgment
- Administer injections and medications as directed by providers
- May be required to start IVs, perform wound care, and assist with minor in-office procedures
- Collaborate with providers and care team to deliver efficient, compassionate care
- Accurately document all patient interactions and care provided using EPIC EHR system
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with clinic policies and healthcare regulations
- OB experience is a plus but not required
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of Washington (or ability to obtain)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in an outpatient or family medicine setting
- Strong triage skills and ability to manage patient concerns both in person and via phone
- Proficient with EPIC or similar electronic medical record systems
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinic environment

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
