What youll be doing :

As Director of People Services, you will :

Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee relations and engagement.

Lead recruitment and talent management strategies to attract top talent.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Supervise and mentor HR team members, fostering growth and development.

Address workplace concerns, including grievances and disciplinary actions.

Manage onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.

Prepare budgets and oversee the HR department's financial management.

Requirements :

A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Extensive knowledge of HR laws, policies, and practices.

Proven experience in HR leadership, particularly in healthcare.

Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
