What youll be doing :

Ensuring workplace safety while following and promoting Safe Work Procedures.

Inspecting, installing, and setting up new molds.

Troubleshooting and analyzing tooling, processes, and machines to resolve issues or improve performance.

Collaborating with Engineering on new process development and plant productivity initiatives.

Providing detailed documentation and communicating data effectively.

Participating in safety audits and implementing improvements.

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in plastics injection molding.

Proven skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.

Practical knowledge of injection molding procedures, including mold inspection, installation, and setup.

A two-year technical degree is preferred.

Must pass Work Keys Mathematics and Technical Aptitude testing.

Familiarity with IQMS system and basic PC proficiency.
