Company Overview
Care First Rehabilitation a growing Residential, Neuro-Cognitive Day, & Outpatient Rehabilitation Program that serves the catastrophically injured, is looking for an organized, self-motivated, confident Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team. The Scheduling Coordinator's main responsibility is to manage all administrative and operational functions associated with employee scheduling. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to be on-call, and be available for the attendance line.
This position is full time and is 100% in office Monday – Friday.
Responsibilities
Develops and implements an employee focused scheduling model (i.e. scheduling, call center workflow, customer service/recovery, staffing operations, etc.) based on best practices that deliver high quality care.
- Promotes a culture of learning, growth, and leadership with the staff. Ensures all staff receive needed trainings.
- Provides insights/opportunities for enhanced utilization based on day-to-day working & understanding of schedules.
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the scheduling and support staff to ensure efficient and effective operations. Ability to clarify assignments, establish priorities, and translate intent to others.
- Ensures high standards of performance by proactively addressing performance issues, including coaching and disciplinary conversations and by feedback provided through the performance improvement or appraisal process.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive scheduling operations in a medical / long term care setting required.
- Minimum of (3) years of leadership or progressive supervisory experience required.

- Ability to clarify assignments, establishes priorities and communicate effectively; ability to plan, direct, coach, motivate and evaluate the work of others.
- Ability to collect data for reporting purposes, and coordinate resources to accomplish goals and objectives with accuracy and complete tasks within designated timelines.

Pay: $45,711.00 - $48,119.00 per year
