Program Director of Private Duty Nursing (PDN) Services
Care IV Home Health, a locally owned and operated home health agency seeking a full-time, highly skilled, and experienced professional to join our team as the PDN Program Director. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Private Duty Nursing (PDN) program. You will play a critical part in maintaining smooth operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality services.
We are looking for a dedicated individual with Private Duty, compliance, and management experience. The successful candidate will report to the Vice President/ General Manager and will be integral to our continued success. Requirements:
- Registered Nurses (RN) license that is active and in good standing with the Arkansas State Board of Nursing is a plus but not required.
- One year of office experience required. Mangement experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to successfully run program operations.
- Must be highly detailed-oriented and accurate in all tasks and responsibilities
Duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to:
- Oversee PDN operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and up-to-date client charts
- Manage staffing needs, provide support to the office team, and monitor training and competency.
- Prepare budgets, monitor financials, and verify payroll accuracy.
- Monitor care quality, review reports, and uphold compliance standards.
- Advocate for clients and develop relationships with referral sources and physicians.
- Other duties as assigned
