Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join our care coordination team. The HR Coordinator will play a critical role in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR practices within the healthcare sector and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as healthcare-specific regulations.
- Address employee concerns and conflicts, promoting effective resolution strategies and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
- Support performance management processes, including evaluations, goal-setting, and professional development.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the healthcare environment.
- Collaborate with management to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Administers or oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave, disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations, performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale, occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Manages the payroll process including, but not limited to, approve time sheets, update payroll records and submitting bi-weekly payroll
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and healthcare-specific regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR and payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
