Job Type : Full-time, Weekends Off
Office Manager Number of openings : 1
Shift : Monday - Friday with a preferred schedule of 8 : 00-5 : 00 PM

Office Manager Job summary and responsibilities :
Answer telephone queries from parents, suppliers, and general inquiries
Office administration, filing, and archiving
Be familiar with the Centers Health and Safety policy and ensure your own safety and that of others in the office!
Customer care ensuring all office-related activities are conducted to a high standard
Office Manager Preferred Qualifications :
High school diploma
Experience in Early Childhood Education Preferred
Must speak both English and Spanish fluently
Experience :
Office Manager experience preferred
Knowledge, abilities, and skills :
Build solid, communication-based relationships with children, their families, and other staff members
Promote literacy throughout the classroom and demonstrate evidence of learning
Mastery of classroom management, excellent communication skills, and a team player
Strong organizational skills
Knowledge of child development, learning, and behavior
Skill in keeping students engaged
