Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our team of dedicated professionals. The RBT will work closely with children aged 3-12, providing behavioral support and guidance to help them develop essential skills and behaviors. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for working with children.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- At least 2 years' experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in a clinic setting
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
