Key Responsibilities
- Deliver ABA-based interventions to support cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and program effectiveness
Requirements:
- RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- At least 2 years' experience working with children or adolescents in a clinical setting
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and techniques
