- Provide one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
- Collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Document client information and track progress using our dedicated EHR platform

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A valid New Jersey LPN license or Multistate License
- Physical from within three years
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person, not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
