A Day in the Life of a Home Health Care Nurse
You start your day by touching base with your care team. Your client greets you warmly and it's time for breakfast and a light sponge bath. Throughout the day, you prepare and deliver medications and perform routine trach and g-tube care. Whatever the day brings, a day in the life of a Home Health Care Nurse feels less like work and more like caring for family.

Your Role
As a Home Health Care Nurse, you will provide one-to-one nursing care in a home environment. You will take direction from our clinical team and be overseen by a registered nurse. You will follow the plan of care and follow all clinical and office policies.
Requirements
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
