Job Description
- Perform personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Measure vital signs, such as temperature and blood pressure.
- Keep accurate records of patient interactions.
- Report any changes or concerns to registered nurses.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in home care preferred.
- Current, valid CNA license or Home Health Aide Certificate required.
- PPD or chest X-ray required.
- Valid driver's license required.
