About the Role
We are seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a 15-year-old male patient in Keystone Heights.
The patient requires ongoing medical care, including g-tube nutrition, tracheostomy management, and seizure assessment and treatment.
As an LPN at Care Options for Kids, you will work closely with the patient's family to develop a personalized care plan that meets their unique needs.
You will be responsible for administering medications, performing wound care, and providing emotional support to the patient and their family.

Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
- 1- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
