Role Responsibilities
As a School Psychologist, you will play a critical role in supporting student well-being. This includes assessing and addressing learning and behavioral issues, collaborating with educators, and designing interventions for a positive school environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed as a School Psychologist, you will need a Master's Degree or higher in School Psychology from an accredited institution. A current active state license to practice School Psychology in OR is also required. Additionally, you will need to possess excellent organizational skills, be self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities, and have the capacity to work independently. Maintaining confidentiality of data and information is a must.
