We are seeking a highly skilled nurse to care for an 8-year-old male with cerebral palsy in a home setting. The ideal candidate must have experience with gtube and trach care, as well as the ability to attend school with the patient.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications per physician orders
- Perform physician-ordered treatments for nutrition via feeding tube, tracheostomy care, suctioning, ventilation care, and seizure assessment and treatment
Requirements
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willingness to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training (provided at no cost if needed)
