Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) / Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Administer medications as per physician orders
- Perform physician-ordered treatments, including:
- Nutrition via feeding tube
- Tracheostomy care
- Suctioning (nasal, oral, and/or endotracheal)
- Ventilation care
- Seizure assessment and treatment
Requirements for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) / Registered Nurses (RNs)
- Active Florida RN or LPN license
- BLS CPR certification (obtained in-person)
- Experience with G-tube, trach, vent, or willingness to train
- TB Skin Test or TB Blood Test
- Alzheimer's training (provided if needed)
