About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Home Care Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide one-on-one care to pediatric patients in their homes, working collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as ordered by physicians
- Perform treatments for various medical conditions, including nutrition via feeding tube, tracheostomy care, suctioning, ventilation care, and seizure assessment and treatment
Requirements
- Current active Texas RN license
- Current BLS CPR card
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willingness to train
