**Job Responsibilities**
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and refreshments as needed.
Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the RN or physician.
Assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties as needed.
Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge.
**Requirements**
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: 1 year experience in patient care in a home health, long term care, hospice, and/or acute care setting preferred.
Current BLS certification required.
Possess valid state driver's license and reliable automobile and be willing to operate personal car necessitated by nature of job.
Proof of current automobile insurance with minimum state financial responsibility limits.
Current health certificate/physical examination and TB testing required.
