Clinical Supervisor - Mobile Unit Benefits:

- License Renewal: Fee reimbursement.
- Loan Repayment: Eligible after 10 years.

REQUIREMENTS for Clinical Supervisor - Mobile Unit:
Professional Certification :LCSW or LMFT certification required
Experience:
- 2 years post-licensure experience in a mental health setting, OR
- 1 year post-licensure experience plus 1 year supervising/directing clinical staff, OR
- 1 year post-licensure experience plus 1 year in staff supervision, administration, and personnel management in human services.
Specialized Knowledge:
- Master Degree in psychology, social work, marriage and family counseling, or related.
- Experience with Smart Care or other EHR systems.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Familiarity with outcome measures and diverse psychological interventions.
- Budget management competency.
- Supervisory responsibility: Oversee field clinical staff.
Essential Functions:
- The Clinical Supervisor provides direct supervision of program staff and overall operations in South Tulare County Mobile Unit/ South One Stop Clinics.
- Assures adherence to policies and procedures, making recommendations as appropriate.
- Provides direct mental health services to consumers and assistance in crisis situations as needed.
- Manages On-Call schedule and participates in the rotation.
- Oversees clinical documentation and adherence to Tulare County standards.
