Job Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred)
- Experience: 1 Year of Experience in Patient Care (Home Health, Long Term Care, Hospice, Acute Care Settings)
- Current BLS Certification
- Valid State Driver's License, Reliable Automobile, and Proof of Current Automobile Insurance
- Ability to Lift Up to 50 lbs. and Operate a Desktop and Laptop Computer
Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing Personal Care Directed by the RN and Plan of Care
- Assisting Patients with Bathing, Mouth Care, Skin Care, Hair Care, and Ambulation
- Performing Turns of Patients in Bed and Positioning Patients for Comfort
- Reporting Changes in Patient Condition and Needs
- Maintaining Up-to-Date Patient Records and Charts
Schedule:
Usual hours fall within Monday through Friday work week, 7:45 am - 5 pm.
