Motivated, Efficient, and Professional Construction Estimator – Hanover PA
Immediate need for Xactimate/Symbility Project Estimator.
C.A.R.E. Property Services, Inc a full-service home energy, restoration, and improvement company is seeking highly motivated, personable, entrepreneurial Construction Estimator to provide accurate estimates, project budgets, and work orders for homeowners and commercial clients.
Experience using Xactimate and/or Symbility estimating software required.
This is an excellent opportunity to grow in a booming industry. The ideal candidate has experience using Xactimate and Symbility for the creation of estimates, project budgets and work orders. Experience in the Fire/Water/Mold Restoration industry required.
Location: Hanover, PA
Travel Requirements: Possible travel through Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.
- Valid drivers' license.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Construction Estimation or related field
- Strong client management skills
- Strong technical/analytical ability and organizational skills
- A high school degree or equivalent is required. College education or degree is desirable.
- Knowledge of residential building construction and practices is preferred
- Excellent customer interface required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
