Job Description:
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support for a Commercial Property Maintenance company. The ideal candidate will have experience with Quickbooks, email, and reporting issues to property managers and owners. They will also be responsible for assisting with creating work orders, sending completion emails to correct property managers and owners, and creating invoices for completed work. The Office Assistant should have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Docs, and have Commercial Property Maintenance Office Experience.
