What are the responsibilities and job description for the Membership Specialist position at Care Providers of Minnesota?
Non-profit membership association for long term care providers, located in Bloomington, seeks an enthusiastic person to join our team as our membership specialist (40 hours per week) onsite. Qualified candidates will provide superior customer service to our members; administrative support for multiple staff, be our resource delegate, support member relations, database maintenance and various tasks associated with day to day operations.
General Administrative duties:
- Liaison between members and the association, fielding member inquiries or concerns as needed and filling member resource orders from our store
- Assist with member retention initiatives, ensuring timeliness and consistency
- Perform day to day membership onboarding process including new member procedures, assisting with tracking, retaining and contacting current and new members
- Committee support
- Reception, greet members, copying, and mail services.
Job Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Efficient and organized
- Demonstrate strong office administrative skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
