Sycamore Care Strategies Nursing Home is seeking a Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for our residents. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a nursing home or similar environment.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms and common areas
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and available
- Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
- Follow all safety and infection control procedures
- Assist with laundry as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeper in a nursing home or similar environment
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
