Registered Nurse, RN - Sycamore Care Strategies
Location: Loogootee, IN, 47553
Sycamore Care Strategies is seeking an experienced and professional Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in long term care and possess excellent leadership skills. The successful candidate will be compassionate and dedicated to providing the highest level of care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing and evaluating patient needs
- Developing and implementing care plans
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members
- Providing education and support to patients and families
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in long term care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Compassionate and dedicated to patient care
