We are seeking a Licensed Nurse to join our team in providing quality care to our long term care residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in long term care and be a licensed nurse in the state of Indiana.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document resident progress and changes in condition
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
- Provide education and support to residents and families
Requirements:
- Active Indiana nursing license
- Experience in long term care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
