Job Description
We are seeking a skilled PRN Evaluating Occupational Therapist to join our team in Pulaski County, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility and be passionate about helping patients improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' physical and mental abilities and develop treatment plans
- Help patients improve their ability to perform daily living tasks
- Teach patients how to use adaptive equipment and assistive technology
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports
Requirements
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Indiana
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
