Summary
Care-Tech Automotive Equipment is looking for a driven Operations Manager to join our team! We are a fast growing, full line sales and service company for the light and heavy-duty automotive industry, providing quality equipment and service in Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, and surrounding states. We sell and service automotive in-ground and above ground lifts, mobile column lifts, fluid pumps, tanks, reels, exhaust removal systems, air compressors, refrigerant dryers, waste oil heaters, wheel service and alignment equipment, detail equipment, and an array of hydraulic equipment.
Operations Managers are often responsible for the management of the overall operations of an organisation. These include essential labour management duties such as training new hires on complex quality and safety control measures. They also provide leadership to improve important policy and strategic decisions.
The duties and responsibilities include:
Service Management:
- Enhance customer satisfaction and service quality
- Maximize service efficiency and minimize downtime
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and customer needs
- Continuously improve service delivery and management processes
- Providing ongoing training for service teams to enhance skills and improve service quality
- Fostering a customer-centric culture within the organization
Project Management:
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Align project outcomes with business goals and stakeholder expectations
- Mitigate risks and manage project scope effectively
- Ensure effective communication among project stakeholders
Inventory Management:
- Minimize storage costs while meeting demand.
- Ensure the availability of products to avoid stockouts.
- Maintain an optimal inventory level to improve cash flow.
- Processes Involved:
- Ordering: Planning and placing orders for new inventory.
- Receiving: Checking and accepting inventory deliveries.
- Storage: Organizing goods in a warehouse or storage area.
- Tracking: Monitoring inventory levels using systems and tools.
- Replenishment: Restocking inventory based on usage rates and forecasts.
Annual Salary is based on the individual skills and experience within that range and bonuses.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
