Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an on-call Caregiver Lead, stepping in for caregiver shifts when needed.
- Provide essential caregiving tasks such as light housekeeping, running errands, medication reminders, and personal care.
- Initiate care with new clients, conduct home visits, and communicate any updates or changes in the care plan to the Care Manager.
- Introduce permanent caregivers to clients and their families.
- Complete home safety assessments and quality assurance visits to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Support office staff with administrative tasks related to client care.
- Collaborate with the care management team to train new caregivers, including leading Skills Training during orientation.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-time, guaranteed 40 hours per week, typically 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday (occasional weekends as needed).
- Location: Spokane Valley, WA office. Approximately 60% of your time will be spent in the field, and 40% in the office.
Qualifications:
- CNA certification or higher with a minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
