Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility support.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a nurturing environment.
- Monitor clients’ health and well-being, reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Help with household tasks, including light cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any significant observations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CNA, HHA, etc.) are a plus.
- Previous experience in caregiving, personal care, or a related field is required .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and mobility assistance.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a genuine desire to help others.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
