Careage Home Health - Pierce County is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for administering speech therapy services to patients in their place of residence.

About Careage Home Health

Careage Home Health provides at-home care services to patients residing in King, Pierce, and Thurston Counties in Washington State. Our team of caregivers, nurses, and therapists work closely with patients' medical teams to provide the necessary services for their recovery.

Responsibilities

• Administer speech therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and plan of care.
• Participate in patient care planning with other home care personnel.
• Instruct patients and family members in home programs.
• Comply with Medicare documentation requirements.
• Develop and revise plans of care as necessary.
• Consult with families and other Agency personnel as needed.

Requirements

• Master's or doctoral degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Current licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist in Washington State.
• Two (2) years of experience preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Ability to travel within Pierce and/or Thurston County.
