Qualifications:
- Must see children aged 2 .
- Provide virtual care when needed and clinically appropriate.
- Experience in primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting.
- Prescribe medications, treatments, and health regimens to treat patient health issues.
- DEA required for prescribing and dispensing.
- Ability to pass on-site credentialing.
- Board Certified in primary care or related field (if Board eligible, must obtain certification).
- Degree from an accredited US Medical School.
- Complete and pass a US residency program.
- Comply with all medical laws and HIPAA standards.
- Current license in the state or states where physician practices.
- Strong desire to promote health, disease management, and prevention.
