We are seeking an RN Supervisor to join our team, with a territory from Charlotte through to Lake Norman.

The RN Supervisor will be responsible for providing comprehensive planning of non-medical care and oversight services to our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support. Responsibilities :

Conduct initial and periodic in-home client assessments by meeting prospective clients and families to gather pertinent information relative to their care goals.

Assist in planning and conducting caregiver orientations.

Determine & establish care plans, based on client needs and preferences, that represent the best level of non-medical care as needed to keep the client comfortable and safe at home.

Perform supervisory visits and / or reassessments with clients every 90 days and at least annually with the caregiver present.

Provide training and in-services to caregiver staff.

Reporting incidents (as needed) to the Health Care Personnel Registry.

Perform Competency Verification Checks on care giving staff during on-boarding and annually.

Maintain compliance with the state regulations affecting home care in all areas listed above

Qualifications :

Current and valid North Carolina state RN license

Non medical home care experience preferred

Excellent communication, interpersonal and assessment skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate and empathetic approach to the elderly and disabled persons desiring non-medical in-home patient care.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes as needed.

Establish baseline TB test and maintain annual TB screening.

Salary : $30 – $35 per hour based on experience
