Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and reliable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide essential care and support to clients during 12-hour shifts.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
Offer companionship and emotional support
Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
Monitor and document client conditions and communicate any changes to the supervisor
Follow individualized care plans and company protocols
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 3 year of experience in home care or a related field
Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.
Background Check: Clean criminal background check required
Reliability: Strong work ethic and dependability are essential
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility: Must be available for 12-hour shifts (day) including weekends if needed
Physical Ability: Able to assist with mobility and perform light physical tasks
