Job Summary:
- Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments based on patient needs and physician orders.
- Develop and update written plans of care, ensuring they are re-evaluated as necessary.
- Provide skilled nursing care within the nursing scope of practice.
- Document care and services in compliance with federal, state, and Agency regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current, active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts (MA).
- Up-to-date CPR/BLS certification.
- Valid state driver's license and reliable automobile.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and provide proof of eligibility if necessary.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with patients and the healthcare team.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
- One year of acute care, home healthcare, community health, or outpatient facility experience within the last two years.
Benefits:
- $45 per visit.
