Duties:
- Provide assistance with bathing, oral care, and dressing, ensuring our clients maintain their dignity and independence.
- Measure and record vital signs, reporting any deviations to the healthcare team and assisting with medication management under nurse supervision.
- Aid clients with mobility tasks, such as transferring to and from beds, chairs, and assisting with walking aids.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, dish washing, and maintaining the client's living environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members, while maintaining accurate records of care and client status.
- Adhere to infection control practices, maintain confidentiality, complete continuing education, and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
