Job Summary:
We're seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team of compassionate caregivers. As an RN with CareConnect, you'll have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in various locations throughout Worcester County, MA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments based on patient needs and physician orders.
- Develop and update written plans of care, ensuring they are re-evaluated as necessary.
- Provide skilled nursing care within the nursing scope of practice.
- Document care and services in compliance with federal, state, and Agency regulations.
- Lead case conferences to discuss multidisciplinary team responsibilities, patient progress, and future care plans.
- SUPPORT PATIENT/FAMILY CULTURAL PRACTICES WHILE ENSURING THEY DON'T INTERFERE WITH MEDICAL TREATMENT.
- Promote patient, family, and caregiver education tailored to cultural, ethnic, and personal needs or preferences.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Must hold a current, active Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts (MA).
- Must have an up-to-date CPR/BLS certification.
- Must provide an updated resume outlining relevant experience and qualifications.
- Must have a valid state driver's license and reliable automobile.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and provide proof of eligibility if necessary.
- Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with patients and the healthcare team.
- Must have a strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
- Must have one year of acute care, home healthcare, community health, or outpatient facility experience within the last two years.
- Must provide current health certificate/physical examination and TB testing results.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.

- $40 med administration
