As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to meet the unique needs of our patients. You will also assist with mobility and transfers to ensure the safe and healthy environment for our clients. Additionally, you will administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals, monitor vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel. Finally, you will provide emotional support and companionship to our patients and their families.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must:
• Hold current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) in the state of NJ.
• Possess reliable transportation.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.
• Speak fluent English.
• Understand HIPAA regulations and the importance of maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Have the ability to prepare simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties when needed.
